I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, although a bit small, and the A/C was quite loud. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, just a 10-minute walk from the medieval city of Carcassonne. The dining options were decent, with the highlight being the freshly-squeezed orange juice available. Overall, a good value for money choice in a convenient location.
The hotel was just perfect for us, with modern and clean rooms that offer great channels if you understand French. It is in close proximity to the medieval city. The location was excellent for visiting the medieval city and the old town but was a bit small and not comfortable for socializing. The dining experience was good with lots of continental choices and topped-up frequently. The service, especially from the restaurant staff, was excellent, and they went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
